At Stryker, we are looking for an experienced Interaction Designer (UX/UI) who is passionate about creating meaningful user experiences. Our Interaction Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and creating engaging user interfaces for our products. We are seeking a qualified candidate with a strong portfolio who is highly creative and has a passion for understanding and responding to user needs. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.If you are an innovative thinker who loves to conceptualize and design user experiences that make a difference, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualize and design user experiences that are engaging and meet user needs.
  2. Develop high-quality user interface designs that are visually appealing.
  3. Use the latest technologies and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  4. Work collaboratively with other designers, engineers, and product teams to ensure the design meets the user needs.
  5. Present design concepts to stakeholders and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
  6. Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas.
  7. Test and refine designs to ensure usability and performance.
  8. Keep up to date with UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
