- Design and maintain the Workday reporting and analytics platform for the company's HR department.
- Develop and implement data analysis processes to monitor and evaluate HR strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify reporting needs and provide valuable insights.
- Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate HR data to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data or reporting issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements, and make recommendations for improvements to the reporting and analytics platform.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Train HR team members on how to utilize the Workday reporting and analytics platform effectively.
- Act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of the Workday reporting and analytics platform.
- Continuously monitor and improve data integrity and accuracy within the reporting platform.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and privacy of HR data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the reporting and analytics function.
- Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
