  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of HR systems, specifically Workday, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  2. Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify system needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Act as the subject matter expert on all HR systems and processes, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  4. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HR systems by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
  5. Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data and metrics to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  6. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements to the HR systems and processes.
  7. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, policies, and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and systems, and make recommendations for adoption as needed.
  9. Train and support HR team members on the use of HR systems and processes, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and innovation within the HR systems team and across the organization.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and automate processes within the HR systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Act as a liaison between HR and IT departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on system updates, upgrades, and integrations.
  13. Maintain the confidentiality and security of all HR systems and data in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  14. Lead and participate in special projects related to HR systems, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  15. Act as a role model for the company's values and behaviors, and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Working With Hr Systems, Preferably Workday.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Best Practices.

  • Strong Technical Skills, Including Data Analysis And System Configuration.
