Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR processes, procedures, and policies.
- Prepare and manage HR budgets and financials.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR issues and policies.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
