HR Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
2. Develop and implement HR processes, procedures, and policies.
3. Prepare and manage HR budgets and financials.
4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR issues and policies.
5. Prepare and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.
6. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
8. Manage recruitment and selection processes.
9. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
10. Partner with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
