Job Description

At Stryker, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a commitment to continued learning, and excellent communication and organizational skills. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable performing a variety of HR functions, from recruiting and onboarding to payroll and benefits administration.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least three years of HR experience. We are looking for someone who is organized and able to multitask, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes and regulations, and the ability to stay up-to-date on changes in the field. It is also essential that the candidate have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization. Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment of new staff, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Administration of payroll and benefits.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable HR regulations, policies, and procedures.
  4. Develop and maintain an up-to-date understanding of HR processes and regulations.
  5. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  6. Analyze and solve HR-related problems.
  7. Create and maintain personnel records.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
  9. Facilitate trainings and workshops for staff.
  10. Participate in performance management initiatives.
