HR Specialist

2. Stay up to date on local and federal HR laws and regulations
3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

5. Assist with payroll and benefits administration
6. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR regulations
7. Coordinate employee events and activities
8. Respond to employee questions and concerns
9. Assist with dispute resolution and performance management
10. Provide support in the development of organizational objectives and strategies
