Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Hr Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices, Particularly In The Areas Of Recruitment, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
Proven Leadership And Strategic Thinking Abilities, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Hr Initiatives And Driving Organizational Change.
