  11. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures and ensure they are communicated and followed throughout the organization.
  12. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and recommending appropriate action.
  13. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
  15. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Hr Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices, Particularly In The Areas Of Recruitment, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.

  • Proven Leadership And Strategic Thinking Abilities, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Hr Initiatives And Driving Organizational Change.
