- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets for the foot and ankle product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and healthcare professionals in the foot and ankle surgery field, including orthopedic surgeons, podiatrists, and other medical specialists.
- Provide educational and technical support to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of our foot and ankle products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals to increase product knowledge and utilization.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure the success of product launches and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to represent Stryker and promote our foot and ankle product portfolio.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including following proper sales and marketing practices and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with reimbursement and billing teams to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for our foot and ankle products.
- Adhere to ethical standards and promote a positive image of Stryker in the healthcare community.
- Travel to assigned territories to meet with clients and attend meetings, conferences, and other events as needed.
- Continuously strive to increase product knowledge and improve selling skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Professionals.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Sales Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In Foot And Ankle.
Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy And Physiology Of The Foot And Ankle, As Well As Common Pathologies And Treatment Options.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process And Ability To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities.
