  3. Conduct on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance for Neptune products.
  4. Train customers on proper usage and maintenance of Neptune products.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert for Neptune products and stay up-to-date on product developments and updates.
  6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements.
  7. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management regarding technical issues and solutions.
