As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and services for our Neptune waste management system. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires exceptional problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.   1. Provide technical support and services for the Neptune waste management system.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Neptune system.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of the Neptune system at customer sites.
  4. Train and educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of the Neptune system.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed service records and reports.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  9. Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
  10. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  11. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties.
  12. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Job Qualifications
