- Provide technical support and services for the Neptune waste management system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Neptune system.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of the Neptune system at customer sites.
- Train and educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of the Neptune system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records and reports.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Servicing And Troubleshooting Medical Equipment.
