- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Field Service operations in the Northeast region.
- Lead a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Product Development, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for the Northeast region.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform decision-making.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of field service staff.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the field service team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Create and deliver presentations and reports to senior management on the performance of the Northeast region.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide support to the sales team as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Device Technology And Industry Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Achieving Business Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Team Members.
