  1. Develop and implement sustainability initiatives and strategies for the Denver team.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable practices across all departments.
  3. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainability.
  4. Monitor and track progress towards sustainability goals and report findings to management.
  5. Train and educate team members on sustainability practices and their importance.
  6. Identify opportunities for cost savings through sustainable practices.
  7. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and partners to drive sustainability initiatives.
  8. Analyze data and generate reports to showcase the impact of sustainability efforts.
  9. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to sustainability.
  10. Develop and maintain sustainability policies and procedures for the organization.
  11. Coordinate and participate in community outreach and engagement programs related to sustainability.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve current sustainability practices to drive continuous improvement.
  13. Act as a sustainability ambassador for Stryker, promoting the company's commitment to sustainability both internally and externally.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote sustainability initiatives and achievements.
  15. Stay updated on advancements and innovations in sustainability to identify potential opportunities for the organization.

Job Qualifications
