  1. Provide clinical expertise and support to customers, including training, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute successful product launches and marketing initiatives.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and regulations to ensure compliance and inform product development.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate in-service training for customers.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  6. Analyze and interpret clinical data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on Stryker's medical devices and their clinical applications.
  8. Travel to various customer sites and attend conferences and events to promote Stryker's products and services.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and studies.
  10. Train and mentor new clinical team members.
  11. Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and product development teams to gather feedback and make improvements to products and processes.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  13. Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker, promoting our mission, vision, and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Medical Terminology

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (Such As Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or Kinesiology)

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Role, Preferably In A Hospital Or Medical Device Setting

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Healthcare Professionals On Stryker Products

  • Ability To Travel And Work Independently, With A Flexible Schedule To Accommodate Customer Needs.
