- Provide technical expertise on Stryker's Peripheral Vascular devices to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the medical center setting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for successful product adoption and utilization.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals to ensure proper use and understanding of Stryker's products.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing feedback and insights on product performance and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical center, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and clinical research to support the development and improvement of Stryker's products.
- Assist with clinical trials and studies to gather data and support product development.
- Provide clinical support during surgeries and procedures involving Stryker's products.
- Act as a resource for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards, to ensure ethical and compliant behavior.
- Travel to different medical centers within the territory to support product education and training.
- Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service.
- Represent Stryker in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting the company's mission and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, and Quality, to support product development and launch initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions, product usage, and sales activities.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Nursing, Biology, Or Medical Technology.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Medical Device Industry, With A Focus On Peripheral Vascular Products.
In-Depth Understanding Of The Anatomy And Physiology Of The Peripheral Vascular System.
Demonstrated Experience In Providing Clinical Support And Education To Healthcare Professionals.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate Effectively With Internal And External Stakeholders.
