- Provide exceptional candidate care and support throughout the recruitment process to attract top talent to Stryker.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, answering questions and providing timely updates on the status of their application.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing methods.

- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, providing feedback and updates as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with company goals and values.
- Participate in recruitment events and initiatives to promote Stryker as an employer of choice.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Psychology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Candidate Care Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, High-Volume Environment.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities.
Experience Working With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
