  1. Provide exceptional candidate care and support throughout the recruitment process to attract top talent to Stryker.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, answering questions and providing timely updates on the status of their application.
  4. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
  5. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
  6. Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, with candidates and hiring managers.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
  8. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker, promoting our values and culture to potential candidates.
  10. Stay current on recruitment trends and strategies to continuously improve the candidate experience and attract top talent.
  11. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate information.
  13. Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, providing feedback and updates as needed.
  14. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with company goals and values.
  15. Participate in recruitment events and initiatives to promote Stryker as an employer of choice.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Psychology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Candidate Care Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, High-Volume Environment.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities.

  • Experience Working With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
