
Executive Assistant to EEMEA Leader

- Manage the schedule and calendar of the EEMEA Leader, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodations, and other logistics for the EEMEA Leader.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the EEMEA Leader, screening and prioritizing incoming communication and requests.
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports for the EEMEA Leader.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including creating agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and other administrative systems relevant to the EEMEA Leader.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the needs of the EEMEA Leader and proactively provide support to ensure their productivity and success.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and business partners.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to support the overall success of the EEMEA region.
- Stay informed on industry trends, company updates, and other relevant information to effectively support the EEMEA Leader.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the EEMEA Leader and the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the EEMEA Leader.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A High-Level Administrative Support Role.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Confidently With Senior Executives And Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Quickly Learn New Systems And Tools.
