Event Planning Specialist

Stryker is looking for an experienced and creative Event Planning Specialist to join our team and help us create exceptional experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing Stryker's events, from small gatherings to large corporate functions.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organization and communication skills. You should also be able to work independently and have experience in event planning.We are seeking a candidate who understands the importance of creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should have the ability to think quickly on their feet and be able to problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

-Planning and organizing all aspects of Stryker's events, from small gatherings to large corporate functions -Creating a positive and memorable experience for guests -Managing budgets and staying within allocated spending limits -Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers -Coordinating day-of logistics such as registration, audio-visual needs, catering, parking, etc. -Creating and managing event timelines and agendas -Developing promotional materials and activities -Overseeing event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and venues -Assisting with event marketing, including website updates, social media posts, and email campaigns -Providing on-site event support -Troubleshooting and resolving potential issues -Collecting feedback from guests and stakeholders -Analyzing event data and preparing post-event reports
