Event Planning Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Event Planning Specialist to join Stryker’s corporate team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of the planning and execution of key corporate events. Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the event planning process, from concept to execution.
2. Develop event plans, timelines, and budgets.
3. Identify and secure venues, vendors, and speakers.
4. Coordinate all logistics, including catering, transportation, and accommodations.
5. Create promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
6. Monitor event progress and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Track event attendance and administer surveys.
8. Create reports summarizing event outcomes.
9. Manage event expenses and invoices.
10. Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
