Job Description

Stryker is looking for an experienced and creative Event Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and deliver a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to product launches. This individual must have a passion for event planning, exceptional organizational skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in event planning and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, marketing, or a related field. They should possess the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from vendors to sponsors to internal teams, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. They should also be able to work independently and have the flexibility to travel as needed.At Stryker, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about event planning and has the drive to ensure success for each event. Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and coordinate corporate meetings and product launches.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful events.
  3. Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  4. Communicate effectively and professionally with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams.
  5. Develop creative event ideas and strategies.
  6. Manage and track budgets for each event.
  7. Research and book venues, vendors, and other necessary services.
  8. Prepare and distribute event documentation to all relevant parties.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  10. Monitor and evaluate event performance to identify areas of improvement.
  11. Travel as needed for events.
