
Education Manager, Sales Enablement - Trauma

- Develop and implement training programs for the sales team to ensure they have a deep understanding of our trauma products and their benefits to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create educational materials and resources that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our trauma products.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our education programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure the sales team is equipped with the most up-to-date information.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our trauma products, staying current with industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to continually improve our education initiatives.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team, including conducting training sessions and facilitating role-playing exercises to improve their selling techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational content for conferences, workshops, and other industry events.
- Travel to various locations to deliver in-person training and support to the sales team.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to senior management on the impact of education initiatives on sales performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Sales Enablement team and the broader organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into our education programs.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and product development teams to gather feedback and insights for product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and compliance guidelines in regards to education and training initiatives.
- Manage the education budget for the Trauma division, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring effective use of resources.
- Communicate regularly with the sales team to gather feedback on the effectiveness of education initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Represent Stryker at industry conferences and events, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting our education initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Education, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Enablement Or Training, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Trauma Products And Procedures, As Well As The Sales Process In The Healthcare Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Sales Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Sales Enablement Programs And Initiatives.
