In this role, you will lead the development and execution of educational programs and resources for our sales teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools necessary to drive success in the fast-paced world of trauma sales.   1. Develop and implement educational programs and resources for the sales team in the trauma division.
  2. Ensure sales team members have a deep understanding of Stryker's products, services, and value proposition.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create relevant educational materials.
  4. Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  5. Create and maintain a training calendar to ensure timely delivery of educational programs.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
  7. Provide coaching and support to sales team members to improve their sales techniques and strategies.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform training content.
  9. Collaborate with sales leaders to align training initiatives with sales goals and objectives.
  10. Track and report on the effectiveness and impact of training programs on sales performance.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales team members, customers, and internal departments.
  12. Mentor and develop junior team members to support their growth and career progression.
  13. Participate in sales meetings and events to provide education and support to the sales team.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on trauma and medical device sales to provide guidance and support to the sales team.
  15. Represent Stryker's values and mission in all internal and external interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement Or Training, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Trauma Products And Procedures, As Well As The Competitive Landscape.

  • Demonstrated Success In Developing And Implementing Sales Training Programs And Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
