1. Facilitate the distribution process for Stryker's medical products by accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and shipping orders to healthcare facilities worldwide.
2. Collaborate with team members to ensure all orders are fulfilled within specified timelines and in adherence to company standards.
3. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and shipping processes.
4. Utilize inventory management systems to track and monitor product levels and ensure proper rotation of stock.
5. Comply with all safety and quality regulations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
6. Assist with inventory control and cycle counting activities to ensure accurate inventory levels.
7. Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize products within the warehouse.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve any issues or concerns related to product distribution.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
