- Facilitate the distribution process for Stryker's medical products by accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and shipping orders to healthcare facilities worldwide.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all orders are fulfilled within specified timelines and in adherence to company standards.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and shipping processes.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track and monitor product levels and ensure proper rotation of stock.
- Comply with all safety and quality regulations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting activities to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize products within the warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve any issues or concerns related to product distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Distribution Associate At Stryker Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education. This Ensures That They Have A Basic Understanding Of Math, Reading, And Writing Skills Necessary For The Job.
Prior Warehouse Or Distribution Experience: A Strong Candidate For The Distribution Associate Position Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Warehouse Or Distribution Environment. This Will Give Them An Understanding Of Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Warehouse Safety Protocols.
