  1. Develop and implement company-wide compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and laws.
  2. Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of compliance policies and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Train and educate employees at all levels on compliance policies and procedures to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  4. Stay up-to-date with relevant financial regulations and laws and communicate any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Human Resources, to ensure company-wide compliance with regulations and laws.
  6. Monitor and review financial transactions and activities to identify any potential compliance issues and take appropriate actions.
  7. Investigate and respond to any reported compliance violations or concerns.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  9. Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on potential risks and compliance issues.
  10. Develop and maintain compliance metrics and reports to track and communicate the effectiveness of compliance efforts.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals to ensure high-quality and efficient execution of compliance activities.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance processes.
  13. Represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to financial compliance.
  14. Conduct regular training and workshops for employees to promote a comprehensive understanding of compliance policies and procedures.
  15. Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion in accordance with company policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Financial Compliance, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Sox, Fda, And Sec Requirements.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally And Present Findings To Upper Management.
