  2. Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in proactively identifying and addressing identity risks.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to ensure the company's identity systems are secure.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and emerging threats, and implement necessary changes to protect sensitive data.
  5. Create and maintain policies and procedures related to identity risk management.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
  7. Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for employees on cybersecurity best practices.
  8. Monitor and investigate any suspicious activity related to the company's identity systems.
  9. Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on the status of identity risks and potential threats.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the company's cybersecurity capabilities.
  11. Prepare and present reports to senior management on identity risk management initiatives and progress.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the company's overall cybersecurity posture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Identity And Access Management, Risk Assessment And Mitigation, And Security Operations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Nist, Hipaa, And Gdpr.

  • Proven Experience In Leading Teams And Managing Projects Related To Identity And Access Management, Risk Assessment, And Compliance.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Crisc.
