  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive critical incident management plan for Stryker’s international markets.
  2. Lead and coordinate the response to critical incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential crises in international markets.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated and efficient response to critical incidents.
  5. Communicate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates and recommendations during a critical incident.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners, such as government agencies and local authorities, to support crisis management efforts.
  7. Train and educate employees in international markets on crisis management protocols and procedures.
  8. Monitor and analyze trends and patterns in critical incidents to identify areas for improvement in crisis management.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to critical incident management in international markets.
  10. Act as a liaison between Stryker’s international teams and the global critical incident management team to ensure alignment and consistency in protocols and procedures.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation related to critical incident responses, including post-incident reports and lessons learned.
  12. Remain available and accessible for on-call support during critical incidents.
  13. Continuously assess and improve the critical incident management program based on lessons learned and feedback from stakeholders.
  14. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to crisis management.
  15. Represent Stryker in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Emergency Management: A Critical Incident Manager At Stryker Must Have A Strong Background In Emergency Management, Including Experience Responding To And Managing Critical Incidents In An International Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Global Regulations And Compliance: Stryker Is A Global Company, So A Critical Incident Manager Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of International Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Emergency Management And Incident Response.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Critical Incident Manager, Effective Communication And Leadership Are Crucial In Coordinating Response Efforts And Working With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders From Different Countries And Cultures.

  • Crisis Management Experience: The Ability To Remain Calm And Make Quick And Effective Decisions During High-Stress Situations Is A Critical Skill For A Critical Incident Manager. Previous Experience In Crisis Management Is Highly Valued.

  • Cross-Cultural Competency: Working With A Diverse Team And Responding To Incidents In Different Countries Requires A High Level Of Cross-Cultural Competency. A Critical Incident Manager Must Be Able To Navigate Cultural Differences And Adapt To Different Communication Styles And Practices.
