  1. Develop and implement the company's growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives.
  2. Conduct thorough market analysis and identify potential acquisition targets or partnership opportunities.
  3. Perform financial analysis and due diligence on potential deals to evaluate their strategic fit and financial viability.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and prioritize potential opportunities.
  5. Negotiate and structure deals that align with the company's overall strategy and financial goals.
  6. Manage the end-to-end M&A process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger integration.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including investment banks, legal advisors, and potential target companies.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform the company's growth strategy.
  9. Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership and the board of directors.
  10. Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's overall growth strategy.
  11. Monitor and track the performance of acquired companies and partnerships to ensure successful integration and implementation of growth initiatives.
  12. Mentor and coach junior team members and provide guidance on deal execution and strategic decision-making.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and negotiations.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and actively network to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational efficiencies and synergies across the company's portfolio.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Corporate Development, Mergers And Acquisitions, Or Related Field Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field. Mba Preferred.

  • Strong Financial And Analytical Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing Complex Financial Transactions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Regulatory Environment.
