Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Development, Mergers And Acquisitions, Or Investment Banking.
Strong Financial Analysis And Modeling Skills, With A Deep Understanding Of Valuation Techniques.
Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Executives, Legal Counsel, And External Advisors.
