  1. Develop and implement corporate development strategies to support the overall growth and success of the organization.
  2. Conduct thorough market and industry research to identify potential opportunities for growth and innovation.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and industry experts.
  4. Analyze potential partnerships, acquisitions, and other opportunities, including financial and operational due diligence.

  8. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  9. Lead and manage projects and initiatives related to corporate development, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  10. Stay current on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to corporate development activities.
  11. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  12. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and networking with potential partners.
  13. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the corporate development function.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and values at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Development, Mergers And Acquisitions, Or Investment Banking.

  • Strong Financial Analysis And Modeling Skills, With A Deep Understanding Of Valuation Techniques.

  • Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Executives, Legal Counsel, And External Advisors.
