As the Corporate Development Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and executing strategic growth opportunities for Stryker.   1. Identify and evaluate potential strategic growth opportunities for Stryker through mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate development initiatives.
  2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential targets and assess their potential impact on Stryker's overall business objectives.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investment banks, industry experts, and potential acquisition targets.
  4. Lead and manage the entire corporate development process, from initial research and due diligence to negotiation and execution.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and business unit leaders, to develop and execute integration plans for acquired companies.
  6. Monitor and track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities for Stryker's growth.
  7. Prepare and present comprehensive business cases and financial models to support proposed acquisitions and partnerships.
  8. Develop and maintain a network of potential acquisition targets and continuously evaluate potential opportunities for Stryker's growth.
  9. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders to provide updates on the progress of corporate development initiatives and seek approval for proposed transactions.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in corporate development and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the company.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the corporate development process.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement strategies to effectively communicate Stryker's corporate development activities to stakeholders and the public.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Development, Mergers And Acquisitions, Or Investment Banking.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Abilities.

  • Experience In The Medical Technology Industry Preferred.
