  1. Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and trends in sales and marketing data.
  2. Optimize processes and procedures within the commercial operations team to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  4. Manage and execute projects related to sales and marketing operations, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of sales and marketing efforts.
  6. Provide support to sales and marketing teams by generating reports, creating presentations, and analyzing data.
  7. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular audits and implementing quality control measures.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations.
  9. Act as a point of contact for sales and marketing teams, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the commercial operations team by taking on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Commercial Operations In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret And Present Data.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Crm Systems Such As Salesforce.
