1. Provide technical support and training to surgeons and healthcare professionals on Stryker's trauma and extremities products.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital staff, and other healthcare professionals.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of Stryker's products.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, surgical techniques, and product developments to effectively communicate and train others.
