- Provide technical support and training to surgeons and healthcare professionals on Stryker's trauma and extremities products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of Stryker's products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, surgical techniques, and product developments to effectively communicate and train others.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during product usage.
- Conduct in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals to promote safe and effective use of Stryker's products.
- Collect and analyze data to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Travel to various locations to provide on-site support and training.
- Act as a clinical resource for the sales team and assist with product demonstrations during sales meetings.
- Participate in educational and promotional events to increase awareness and understanding of Stryker's products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs and materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and activities.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional support and service.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nursing, Biology, Or Biomedical Engineering.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Support Role, Preferably In The Orthopedic Or Trauma Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Trauma And Extremity Medical Devices, Including Their Applications And Surgical Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Educate And Train Surgeons And Hospital Staff On Stryker Products.
Ability To Travel Frequently And Work Flexible Hours, Including On-Call Shifts, To Support Surgeons And Hospital Staff During Surgeries And Other Procedures.
