We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Study Manager to join our team and lead the planning and execution of clinical trials for our innovative products.   1. Develop and oversee the overall strategy and execution plan for clinical trials, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  2. Manage all aspects of the clinical trial process, including study design, protocol development, site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection and analysis.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of clinical trials, including medical affairs, regulatory affairs, marketing, and sales.
  4. Monitor and track study progress, including budget and timelines, and proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
  5. Lead and oversee the selection and management of clinical research organizations (CROs) and other external vendors involved in the clinical trial process.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  7. Communicate regularly with study investigators and site staff to ensure proper training, protocol adherence, and data accuracy.
  8. Evaluate and analyze study data and communicate results to key stakeholders, including senior management, to inform business decisions.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in clinical research and incorporate best practices into study planning and execution.
  10. Serve as a key point of contact for study-related inquiries and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Participate in study-related meetings, including protocol development, investigator meetings, and data review meetings.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Life Sciences, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Studies Simultaneously And Meet Strict Deadlines.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
