  1. Lead the development and execution of clinical studies for Stryker's medical products.
  2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines during the clinical trial process.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical study protocols.
  4. Manage clinical trial budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  5. Oversee the selection and management of clinical trial sites and investigators.
  6. Monitor and track the progress of clinical studies, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  7. Communicate study updates and results to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and regulatory authorities.
  9. Contribute to the development of study protocols, case report forms, and other study documents.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on clinical research best practices.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in clinical research methodology.
  12. Ensure the proper collection and analysis of study data and report findings accurately.
  13. Collaborate with data management and biostatistics teams to ensure the quality and integrity of study data.
  14. Represent Stryker at scientific conferences and meetings, presenting study results and representing the company's values and mission.
  15. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality throughout the clinical trial process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Clinical Research, Biology, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Or Project Management Within The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Standards.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Clinical Research Professionals.

  • Experience In Managing Multiple Clinical Studies Simultaneously, Including Study Design, Budget Management, And Timeline Adherence.
