- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality throughout the clinical trial process.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Clinical Research, Biology, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Or Project Management Within The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Standards.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Clinical Research Professionals.
Experience In Managing Multiple Clinical Studies Simultaneously, Including Study Design, Budget Management, And Timeline Adherence.
