- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and developments in the healthcare industry, specifically related to spine surgery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Stryker's products into healthcare facilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Stryker's spine products, including their features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of how to use the products.
- Support the sales team by providing clinical expertise and assisting with product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the product development team.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Represent Stryker at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our spine products and educate potential customers.
- Stay compliant with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the clinical training and support processes to enhance customer satisfaction and product adoption.
- Serve as a resource for healthcare professionals, addressing any questions or concerns related to Stryker's products.
- Travel to various healthcare facilities to provide in-person support and training as needed.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Spine Enabling Technologies team by achieving individual and team goals.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Medical Device Industry, With A Focus On Spine Enabling Technologies.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Or A Related Science.
Strong Knowledge Of Spine Anatomy And Surgical Procedures, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Stryker's Spine Enabling Technologies And Their Applications.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Training And Supporting Surgeons And Operating Room Staff On The Use Of Spine Enabling Technologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Effectively Communicate Complex Information To A Variety Of Audiences.
