As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of cutting-edge spinal navigation systems and robotics, ultimately improving patient outcomes.   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative spinal navigation systems and robotics.
  2. Utilize clinical expertise to provide guidance and support to surgeons and operating room staff on the use of our products.
  3. Conduct training sessions and educational programs for surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of our technology.
  4. Stay current on the latest advancements and trends in spine surgery and medical technology to continuously improve our products.
  5. Participate in product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers and key stakeholders.
  6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  7. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  8. Collect and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements and inform product development.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for internal teams, including R&D, marketing, and customer service.
  10. Represent the company at conferences and events to showcase our products and network with industry professionals.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the spine surgery field.
  12. Adhere to all company and industry regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA compliance.
  13. Continuously strive to uphold and enhance the company's reputation for excellence and innovation in the medical technology industry.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Spinal Anatomy And Physiology: A Clinical Specialist At Stryker Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Musculoskeletal System, Specifically The Spine, In Order To Effectively Educate And Train Healthcare Professionals On The Use Of Spinal Enabling Technologies.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information To A Range Of Audiences, Including Surgeons, Sales Representatives, And Hospital Staff, Is Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Experience In The Medical Device Industry: Stryker Is A Leading Medical Device Company, And Therefore, A Clinical Specialist Should Have Previous Experience Working With Medical Devices And A Strong Understanding Of The Industry.

  • Clinical Expertise And Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Background In Nursing, Physical Therapy, Or A Related Field, As Well As Experience Working In A Clinical Setting.
