  1. Provide clinical expertise and support to customers for joint replacement products.
  2. Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and advance medical technology.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and continuously expand knowledge in orthopedic surgery.
  4. Demonstrate a deep understanding of anatomy and medical terminology.
  5. Travel to various locations to support customers and attend training and educational events.
  6. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals and objectives.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for customers.
  8. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals.
  9. Serve as a technical resource for internal and external stakeholders, including sales representatives, product development teams, and customers.
  10. Participate in clinical trials and provide feedback to the product development team.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and clinical support provided.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
  13. Attend conferences and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing its values and mission in all interactions.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication.
