  1. Conduct training and education sessions for healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Stryker's enabling technologies.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare facilities to promote the use of Stryker's products.
  3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to healthcare professionals in using Stryker's enabling technologies.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to continuously improve training and support methods.
  5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to demonstrate the value and benefits of Stryker's products to potential customers.
  6. Travel to various healthcare facilities to conduct training, provide support, and participate in conferences and events.
  7. Keep detailed records of training sessions, support interactions, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements based on customer needs and experiences.
  9. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to training and support activities.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for internal teams and external customers on Stryker's enabling technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Medical Terminology.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably With Experience In Medical Device Technology.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Train And Educate Healthcare Professionals On Complex Medical Devices And Technology.
