  1. Perform clinical demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals on the use of our Enabling Technologies products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Enabling Technologies division.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert on Enabling Technologies products, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  4. Conduct clinical research and gather feedback from customers to identify areas for product improvement and development.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends in the medical device industry.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to promote the adoption of our Enabling Technologies products.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards as they relate to our products and ensure adherence to all guidelines.
  8. Participate in conferences, workshops, and other events to promote the Enabling Technologies division and showcase our products.
  9. Provide clinical support to the sales team, including assisting with product demonstrations and presentations.
  10. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and educational resources for our Enabling Technologies products.
  11. Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and training as needed.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on the latest advancements in the medical device industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or Kinesiology.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Surgical Or Operating Room Environment.

  • Proficiency In Using And Troubleshooting Medical Equipment And Technology, Such As Robotics-Assisted Surgical Systems, Patient Monitoring Systems, And Navigation Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Healthcare Professionals On The Use Of Stryker's Enabling Technologies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Patient Care And Achieving Positive Clinical Outcomes Through The Use Of Technology And Innovation.
