  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical development of new medical devices.
  2. Oversee and manage the planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory affairs, and marketing to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.
  4. Monitor and track progress of clinical trials, identify and address any issues or delays.
  5. Manage budgets and resources for clinical trials, including forecasting and reporting.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical trial results.
  7. Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, regulations, and best practices in clinical research.
  8. Hire, train, and manage clinical research staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Communicate with key stakeholders, including investigators, study coordinators, and external vendors.
  10. Represent the company at conferences and meetings related to clinical development.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for successful product launch.
  12. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in clinical research.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of clinical development.
  14. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of clinical trials.
  15. Uphold the company's values and culture of innovation, excellence, and patient-centricity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Nursing, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Or Product Development In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Experience With Clinical Trial Protocols And Processes.

  • Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills, Including Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Budgets.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
