Job Description

Stryker is looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Affairs Intern to join our Clinical Affairs team for a unique opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, dynamic medical device environment. The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated, organized individual who is passionate about making a difference in the medical device industry.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in an allied health field such as Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or Nursing• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Understanding of medical device regulatory affairs and clinical trial managementIf you possess the above qualifications and are excited to join Stryker's Clinical Affairs team, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development of clinical strategies for clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
  2. Analyze data from clinical trials to identify potential product and market opportunities.
  3. Develop clinical protocols, informed consent forms, and other documents necessary for clinical studies.
  4. Coordinate with internal and external team members to ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical requirements.
  5. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory applications.
  6. Participate in meetings with regulatory authorities to discuss clinical trial plans and strategies.
  7. Analyze and interpret study results to support clinical decision-making.
  8. Monitor and track clinical trial and regulatory activities.
  9. Develop and maintain clinical databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
  10. Prepare and present clinical research reports for internal and external customers.
