  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their systems and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  2. Design, implement, and maintain systems solutions to meet client needs and requirements.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise with client systems.
  4. Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Communicate with clients to provide updates on system changes and resolve any questions or concerns.
  6. Conduct system audits and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve client systems.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  9. Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams as needed.
  10. Maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes.
  11. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams to develop new systems and features for clients.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve systems processes and procedures.
  15. Act as a point of contact for client escalations and provide timely resolution.
  16. Participate in meetings and trainings to stay informed of company and industry updates.
  17. Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support and assistance.
  18. Contribute to the development of new product offerings and services based on client needs and feedback.
  19. Assist in the testing and implementation of new systems and updates.
  20. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Operating Systems, Networking, And Software Development.

  • Experience With Project Management And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Standards, Such As Fda And Iso, Related To Medical Device Software And Systems.
