Chargeback Analyst

The ideal candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.The Chargeback Analyst will be responsible for reviewing customer accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and providing accurate and timely analysis of chargebacks and credits. The successful candidate must have a strong knowledge of finance, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. They must also have a solid understanding of the principles and practices of chargeback and credit processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least three years of related experience.We are seeking an individual with a passion for accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:

1. Review customer accounts and identify discrepancies.
2. Resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
3. Analyze chargebacks and credits accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Maintain a strong knowledge of finance, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
5. Understand the principles and practices of chargeback and credit processes.
6. Demonstrate a passion for accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
7. Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Follow all company policies and procedures related to chargebacks and credits.
9. Provide clear and concise reporting on chargeback and credit activity.
10. Proactively identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to increase efficiency.
