Job Description

Are you looking to make a direct impact on the success of Stryker's financial operations? We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chargeback Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance of chargebacks and credits, while partnering with key stakeholders to resolve any issues. If you have the knowledge and experience we are looking for, we'd love to hear from you!The ideal candidate for this role will have an accounting or finance degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to successfully work cross-functionally in a matrix environment. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you'll be expected to interact with external suppliers and vendors, as well as internal teams, at all levels. Previous experience with chargebacks and credits is preferred, and you must be detail-oriented and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accuracy and compliance of chargebacks and credits.
  2. Partner with key stakeholders to resolve any issues.
  3. Provide analysis and problem-solving skills.
  4. Successfully work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
  5. Communicate and interact with external suppliers and vendors, as well as internal teams.
  6. Evaluate chargebacks and credits.
  7. Remain detail-oriented and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  8. Maintain and update records of chargebacks and credits.
  9. Monitor financial trends and suggest process improvements.
  10. Research and resolve discrepancies.
