Job Description

Stryker is looking for a passionate Change Management Intern who is eager to help drive our company’s success. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and committed to helping us move forward. As a Change Management Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination and implementation of change management activities and initiatives.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business or a related field. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of change management principles and best practices is essential.If you are excited by the prospect of joining a fast-paced, dynamic team and you have the qualifications we’re looking for, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting with the coordination and implementation of change management activities and initiatives.
  2. Supporting the development and implementation of change management strategies.
  3. Assisting with the development of change management plans and processes.
  4. Facilitating change management workshops and training sessions.
  5. Developing and executing communication strategies to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
  6. Identifying and assessing risks associated with change initiatives.
  7. Building relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
  8. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
  9. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of change management activities.
  10. Providing guidance, coaching, and support to stakeholders and project teams.
