Job Description

Stryker is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our team and build strong relationships with our customers. In this role, the Brand Manager will be responsible for maximizing the brand's awareness, visibility, and sales through creative and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, 5+ years of experience in a brand management role, and a deep knowledge of the healthcare industry. They should also be an excellent communicator and have a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

  1. Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns that meet the objectives of the brand and our customers.
  2. Research and analyze the healthcare industry and consumer trends to identify new opportunities and strategies for brand growth.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the success of brand campaigns and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  4. Manage the day-to-day operations of the brand, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and media outlets.
  6. Oversee the development of promotional materials, such as brochures, catalogs, and advertisements, in line with the brand's guidelines.
  7. Identify and develop partnerships with other organizations to increase visibility and reach.
  8. Monitor and analyze competitor activity and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  9. Participate in trade shows and other industry events to promote the brand.
  10. Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
