  1. Promote and sell Stryker's sustainable products to healthcare facilities.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facility decision makers.
  3. Educate potential customers on the benefits of sustainable products and their impact on the environment.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in sustainable healthcare solutions.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.
  7. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
  8. Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and goals.
  9. Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to close sales deals.
  10. Represent Stryker and its sustainability mission in a professional and positive manner.
  11. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Stryker's sustainability solutions.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance and improve sustainable product offerings.
  13. Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously seek out new sales opportunities and potential customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Strong Understanding Of Sustainability And Environmental Impact In The Healthcare Industry

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Building Relationships With Clients And Colleagues
