
Associate Sales Representative - Sustainability Solutions

- Promote and Sell Sustainability Solutions: The Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's innovative sustainability solutions to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Meet Sales Targets: The Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting assigned sales targets and goals in order to contribute to the overall success of the Sustainability Solutions division.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: This role will require building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers at hospitals and healthcare facilities in order to effectively sell sustainability solutions.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: The Associate Sales Representative will need to stay informed on current trends and developments in the sustainability and healthcare industries in order to effectively position Stryker's solutions.
- Conduct Product Demonstrations: The Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Stryker's sustainability solutions.
- Participate in Trade Shows and Events: This role will require participating in relevant trade shows and events to promote Stryker's sustainability solutions and generate leads.
- Provide Customer Support: The Associate Sales Representative will provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have about Stryker's sustainability solutions.
- Collaborate with Team: This role will require working closely with the sales team and other departments within Stryker to ensure a cohesive and successful approach to selling sustainability solutions.
- Maintain Sales Records: The Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Continuously Improve: The Associate Sales Representative will be expected to continuously improve their knowledge of Stryker's sustainability solutions and sales techniques in order to achieve better results.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Sustainability, Preferably In The Medical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Sustainability Principles And Practices, Including Knowledge Of Environmental Regulations And Standards.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Clients And Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Customer-Focused Approach.
