  1. Promote and sell Stryker's surgical products and solutions to potential clients and customers.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in the medical field.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth product knowledge to potential clients.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  5. Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, trainings, and conferences to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure effective and accurate communication of product information.
  7. Utilize market and industry knowledge to identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and sales pipeline.
  9. Serve as a brand ambassador for Stryker, representing the company's values and mission to improve healthcare.
  10. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
  12. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to make informed sales decisions.
  13. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to new sales team members.
  15. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
