• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Stryker's sustainability solutions and their benefits for healthcare facilities
• Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential clients to promote and sell our sustainability solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and key decision makers to establish Stryker as a trusted and preferred partner for sustainability initiatives
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the Ohio/Indiana/Kentucky region
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies and differentiate Stryker's sustainability solutions in the market
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential clients on the features and benefits of our sustainability solutions
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and work with clients to develop customized solutions that meet their specific sustainability goals and objectives
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and act as a liaison between clients and Stryker's internal teams
• Stay organized and manage all sales activities, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and pipeline management, using CRM software
• Continuously develop and improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities
• Represent Stryker at industry events and conferences to network, generate leads, and promote our sustainability solutions.
