- Provide product education: The individual in this role will be responsible for educating healthcare professionals and potential customers on the features, benefits, and proper use of Stryker’s products.
- Attend industry events: The Associate Sales Representative will attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote Stryker’s products.
- Achieve sales targets: The individual in this role will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Conduct product demonstrations: The Associate Sales Representative will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the value and benefits of Stryker’s products.
- Collaborate with team members: The individual in this role will work closely with the sales team and other departments within the company to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: The Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively position Stryker’s products.
- Maintain accurate records: The individual in this role will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
