  1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in hospitals and medical facilities.
  3. Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Stryker's joint replacement products.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling Stryker's products.
  5. Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement sales strategies.
  7. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and follow up on leads.

  15. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  16. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process.
  17. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  18. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, processes, and results.
  19. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Anatomy And Medical Terminology, Specifically Related To Joint Replacement Procedures.
